San Antonio’s Oktoberfest at Beethoven Halle is Here

Along with Fall comes the many Oktoberfest celebrations across the state to honor the cultural contributions of German settlers in Texas. According to TripSavvy.com San Antonio’s Oktoberfest at Beethoven Halle, kicking off this afternoon at 5:00 p.m., is among the top eight Oktoberfest Celebrations in Texas, ranked third. Oktoberfest celebrates German heritage featuring specialty foods, drinks, music and dance.
Beethoven Maennerchor Halle, located in the artsy Southtown District nestled in the King William neighborhood, was founded in 1867 and is one of the oldest German singing societies in Texas. Oktoberfest at Beethoven Halle runs two weekends starting this Friday and Saturday and continues October 12th and 13th.
