South African World Music Sensation Soweto Gospel Choir Coming to San Antonio

The Soweto Gospel Choir, a 30-member ensemble celebrating African gospel, spirituals, reggae and popular Amercian music, comes to the Majestic Theatre Thursday, October 25th at 7:30p.m.  Their universal message of love, unity and hope coupled with their captivating melodic and harmonic sound delivers an awe-inspiring performance.

Since emerging on the global scene in 2002, they have received countless accolades including two Grammy Awards, two #1 Billboard World Music Chart Albums and they are the only South African musical act to perform at the Oscars.
