Stop and Frisk Academy Focuses on Decreasing Negative Police Encounters

California-based, award-winning Criminal Defense and Immigration Attorney Zulu Ali, founder of the Stop and Frisk Academy, hosted another major workshop earlier this month on October 6th. The Youth and Adult Workshop on How to Navigate Police Encounters and the Criminal Court System conducted at the Stop and Frisk Academy in Riverside, California included demonstrations, lectures, and training sessions focused on dealing with police encounters.
Ali, a former police officer and Marine, started the Stop and Frisk Academy to provide information, resources, and skills to at-risk-youth and others to avoid negative police encounters and how to navigate the criminal justice system.
